ELDIVO
Get early access

One parent. Four people looking after her. One record they all trust.

Blood pressure, medicines, appointments, meals and what the doctor said, all in one place. Every entry shows who recorded it and when, so nobody has to ask in the family chat.

Eldivo is a record-keeping tool, not a medical device. What the doctor tells you always comes first.

Built for a family, not for one person.

Most health apps assume the patient keeps their own records. Looking after a parent is shared work: siblings, a carer, maybe someone overseas. Eldivo is designed around that.

You decide who sees what

Each family member and carer gets exactly the access you give them. A carer can record a dose without being able to change the prescription. The rules are enforced by the database itself, not by hiding buttons.

Every entry keeps who wrote it, and how. That can't be edited away.

Photograph it, say it, or type it

A prescription, the blood pressure monitor, a glucose meter, an appointment slip, a lab report or a voice note. Eldivo reads it and shows you everything it found before anything is saved. If it looks like something already recorded, it asks first.

It proposes. You decide. Nothing saves itself.

After the doctor, write it down once New

Paste the long message, photograph the doctor's slip, or just say what happened. Eldivo turns it into "what the doctor said" and "next steps", finds the date of the next appointment, and the whole family sees it.

No more scrolling back through the group chat to find what the eye doctor said last March.

Reports you can hand to the doctor

Documents are named by what's on the page, so "Blood test report, 12 Sep 2026" is easy to find again. Blood pressure and glucose readings export as a PDF with charts, ready to share on WhatsApp.

Ten minutes before the appointment, the answer is already on your phone.

It asks before it judges.

This really happened. A family photographed dinner and asked whether it suited their mother, who has high blood sugar.

What the photo seemed to show

A bowl of white rice

71 g carbohydrate

"Her sugar runs high. Halve the rice."

After the family corrected it

A bowl of konjac rice

28 g carbohydrate

"This combination suits her."

A photo can't tell konjac rice from white rice. The person who cooked it can. So Eldivo now always lists what it sees and lets you correct it before it says anything about the meal.

What it looks like.

Large text, plain words, and the same layout in English, Bahasa Melayu, 中文 and Bahasa Indonesia.

What Eldivo is not.

If a care app is vague about this, you shouldn't trust it with your parent's records.

Not a medical device

It doesn't diagnose, interpret readings or suggest treatment. It is not registered as a medical device anywhere.

Not an emergency service

It doesn't monitor anyone or raise alarms. In an emergency, call 999.

Not always right

AI misreads handwriting and mishears words. That's why everything it reads is shown to you before it is saved.

Your family's records stay your family's.

Health information about a parent is about as private as it gets. Here is exactly how Eldivo treats it.

  • No ads, and no selling or sharing data for marketing.
  • Each family is sealed off from every other family by the database, not by the app.
  • Stored with Supabase in Singapore, encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • A family admin can delete everything, records and files, at any time.
  • Written for Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act. Read the privacy policy.

Coming to Google Play.

Eldivo is in early testing on Android, free while we test. Email us and we'll add you to early access. Set up takes about ten minutes: add your parent, photograph a prescription, invite your family.
